I've been making Jams and other products for about 10 years now We use the freshest ingredients grown on our property in Upstate NY. We are proud of our many flavors and large selection of classic and new combinations. We also make Pure Maple Syrup. Its a very interesting and time consuming process, but definitely worth the work.
